Don’t lose the after-hours appointment request

For clinics and wellness, Notaray will turn an after-hours appointment request into a booking on the right practitioner’s calendar, or into a follow-up a named person owns. It’s almost here, and design-partner spots for clinics and wellness are limited.

After the front desk closes

A person asks for an appointment after the front desk has closed. The request has to land on the right practitioner’s calendar, or reach someone who can follow up in the morning.

A note on a pad doesn’t tell the next person what was asked, by when, or who owns it.

What Notaray will do here

  • Notaray is built to confirm a booking after the calendar shows it, not before.

  • Notaray is built so that a booking it cannot confirm becomes a callback with an owner and a deadline.

  • Notaray is built so that every finished booking attempt leaves a receipt.

What we’d ask a clinic or wellness partner

  • How requests arrive outside opening hours today
  • Which system holds the appointment calendar
  • Who owns follow-up and how quickly it has to happen
  • What details an appointment request needs

Keep the after-hours appointment.

Tell us where requests arrive and where the booking needs to land. Clinic and wellness spots are limited.
