Accessibility statement

We want the Notaray website to be usable by everyone, including people who use assistive technology. This statement says what we aim for, what we have checked and where we are still short.

Our aim

We design the site to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. In practice that means:

• Pages work with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus outline and a skip link to the main content.
• Text and controls meet the required colour contrast in both the light and the dark theme, and you can choose light, dark or system.
• Every page has a clear heading structure, labelled form fields and error messages tied to the field they describe.
• Pages reflow down to a 320 pixel width and work at 200 percent zoom, and text can be resized.
• Motion is limited and switches off when your device asks for reduced motion.
• Navigation works without JavaScript.

What we have checked

We run automated accessibility tests on each page template in both themes and check keyboard use by hand. We have not yet had an independent accessibility audit, and automated tests do not find every problem.

Known limits

• The illustrations of a booking, a calendar and a receipt are drawings with text labels. They are marked as illustrative, and their content is available as text.
• French and Spanish versions were written by our team and are still being reviewed. If something reads wrong, tell us.
